Parking

We’re happy to let you know there’s plenty of free parking available near the studio!

🅿️ Farrars Car Park – Free until 12pm
🅿️ Mossley Road – If you drive past the studio (with it on your left), you can park anywhere along Mossley Road after the double yellow lines end.

🚫 Please note: The spaces directly in front of the studio are reserved for staff, so we kindly ask that you avoid parking there.

Arrival Time

Please arrive 15 minutes before your class start time to check in, order your post-class drink and get yourself settled on your bed (also time for a cheeky pre-class selfie).

If it is your first time at the studio, your teacher will run you through how the machine works five minutes before the class.

Safety

We’ve got a designated room where you can leave your shoes, jackets, and bags before class. This room will be locked once the class begins, so you can feel confident that your belongings are safe and secure.

Only your phone and water bottle may be brought into the studio itself. This helps keep the space calm, clutter-free, and ensures that no one from the Health Bar enters during class time.

Just let your instructor know you're expecting before class begins, so they can offer the right modifications for your body. Most importantly, listen to how you feel -- move in a way that feels good to you.

We're here to help you feel strong, supported, and empowered -- through pregnancy, childbirth, and beyond.

Absolutely! You are more than welcome to come. Some of our instructors are mums themselves and have experienced firsthand the incredible benefits of Pilates, not just in building strength, but also in supporting pelvic floor and core recovery after birth. We are here to help you feel strong, confident, and supported on your postpartum journey.

Yes! All our classes are welcoming to every ability level. Our instructors offer plenty of options to dial things down or turn up the heat, depending on how you're feeling or how spicy you like it. You're always in control of your pace.

If you're experiencing any specific pain, we recommend checking with your doctor or physiotherapist first. They often suggest Pilates as part of rehabilitation, but it's best to follow their guidance to ensure what's right for your body.

Yes, we have grip socks and claw clips on sale for you to grab before class.

For your hygiene, safety, and comfort, grip socks are required in all classes. If you don't have a pair yet, just let the team know when you check in. You can choose your favourite colour, and the cost will be easily charged to your account -- no fuss!
